I was very nervous to go to Dr Shen after reading some of these reviews. I decided to give him a shot and I am glad I did. The staff was warm and courteous. Dr. Shen was thorough and answered all of my questions/concerns.

I wouldn't give this guy any stars. The staff was very rude. The dr "shen" didn't seem very knowledgable about anything. He was very rude and confrontational. Doesn't listen to the patient. Dr was very rude and refused to listen to me. I told him of my fear of dentists and he ignored me.
After being asked to "quiet" my children Dr Shen was very curt and condisending. My son is in need of an impacted tooth removed that Dr. Shen was not able to confirm the position of the tooth by just the x-ray he had and feeling for it. Instead of trying to take more x-rays at different angles Dr Shen made the decision that I would need a very expensive con beam CT scan done that my Ins. does...
I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth out. I was also searching for a Dr. on the internet and was reading many mixed reviews...... I decided on Dr. Shen after speaking to the staff there. Not only was it not half as bad as i thought but the price was very reasonable and Dr. Shen and his staff were incredibly friendly. I would reccommend Dr . Shen to anyone in need of having their wisdom teeth...
