The retirement center is fabulous. Activities, outings, 3 meals a day, library, exercise program. 24/7 nursing staff. The list goes on.

This is the worst facility to entrust your loved one to. The staff is uncaring and at times seem unqualified. When you push the nurses button for help, you will be luck if it is answered in 30 minutes.Many times I had to go to the nurses station to put in a request and was told they were busy. Admitting rep. in this home doesn't help family understand process of placement. Phone calls are seldom returned, and paper work is lost in the process.
