Very good BBQ and not so good sides

I love the ribs and grilled half chickens at Shane's. You can get them dry and add your sauce which I prefer. All their barbeque is quite good for a fastfood chain. I am always satisfied with the preparation and freshness of the food. The ribs are meaty and have not been cooked to the point that they have disintegrated....

Delicious BBQ! My father-in-law's favorite place to go when he is in town. I can always count on great food and courteous service at Shane's.

No service at all. No one was at the front counter when we entered the place. There was only one table with four patrons, so can't blame it on it "being so busy." The guy serving their orders only glanced at us and walked by the front counter TWICE and did not greet or acknowledge us!! First and last time coming to this location. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

Tables are a bit sticky, which I expect of a hole-in-the-wall bbq joint, but this place is not. The bbq sauces seem bland or watered down.
