We mostly use Shane's for nights when no one wants to cook and we get take out. We love their ribs and sauce choices. I like my ribs dry and to dip in sauce rather than being covered and they are fine with that. The fried okra is great and the cole slaw is wonderful as well.
We have dined at this location several times, including both lunch and dinner. We have never had any miscue's here. The very worst we had was one wing on an order was burnt and not edible, but to make up for it they brought another entire wing order to replace one wing. The BBQ is very tasty and comes anyway...
