Shane did an excellent job helping us purchase our first home and walking us through the process and negotiations as it was all new to us. He had a flexible schedule which made it easy to see houses when we were available. Would highly recommend!

Shane did a great job selling our house. We had multiple offers and accepted full asking pricing with no seller's contributions. With his help we sold the house for more than I originally thought we could. Closing was easy and timely.

Shane was so great to work with because of his ability to listen to our needs and provide us with great options in our price range. He was very accessible, knowledgeable, and responsive. Shane also did a great job negotiating our home price. I would definitely use Shane and Krueger real estate again.
