My hair cut was way too short. I asked for one-inch MAX but the girl took off at least three inches!!!! This is a big deal for someone who is attached to their hair. Livid.
Staci is amazing! Listened to what I wanted/needed, and gave her own input as well. Triple checked to make sure I was happy with the end result. I ended up purchasing a product she recommended (travel size to try it out). I usually am a hard sell but she mentioned it would suit me because of the type of hair I had, and I trusted her opinion.
