Living Social crap alert. I attempted to get Shalom cleaning service out to clean my carpets, only to be stood up - TWICE.

The first time, I had to call them after waiting an hour, only to hear they'd be another half hour. When confronted with my frustration and after being told that I couldn't (and wouldn't) wait another half hour for them, the rep said the coming Saturday (12/15) at 2 pm would work for them - and me.

At 2:00 on 12/15, I received a text message from them (Jess), saying they'd be at my place at 3:30. When reminded that we'd agreed on 2 pm, I was give some lame excuse...
