Returned a product without the box or receipt only because it was sitting in my makeup collection never being used. I only wanted an exchange for another product I would actually use and was pleasantly surprised when I received the remainder in cash! This is probably my least favorite Sephora. No one in the store is very helpful and everyone seems to have an attitude problem. Not one person has ever smiled at me or even greeted me at this particular location.
