what a mess this place is. no one knows where anything is. isn't that what you should know when you work somewhere? where things are? come on people - younger generation lacks pride in work. I only go there if my daughter insists which is such a shame since they truly have great merchandise. but it;s a complete mess with dirty brushes and smeared and smashed lipsticks all over the place.

Five stars for great service by Gisela! Everywhere I turned, expert beauticians were there to help. In the past years, they had lacked knowledge/ expertise but they've really upped the qualifications of the beauticians in hair, skincare & cosmetic depts. During my visit, all items I looked for were in stock.
