Run, don't walk away from this company. Terrible experience for community board members, owners, basically everyone. They encourage you to setup automatic payment plans and then fail to appropriately notify you when the payment amount changes. They then keep taking your money for the old amount, but charge you interest. Horrible, terrible, criminals.
Jan P. is the most miserable person that I have ever dealt with. She is confrontational and just grumpy. She never wants to hear you out or cares. We had issues and just got the line, the HOA board is looking into it. Takes several calls, just to get one returned.

I am just so pleased with Sentry Management. I lived in a community managed by another company and had simply come to expect mediocre service at best; especially after talking with several friends living in communities managed by other companies.
