We provide software and hardware for pawn shops. I was explained to this customer that his purchase did not include training beyond a free introductory session. After receiving a shipment which included a barcode scanner, cash drawer and thermal label printer, this thief filed a chargeback, was refunded and kept the hardware, using the excuse that we refused to provide training. He was awarded a refund even though he filed for the chargeback months after purchase! To underscore his level of dishonesty, months later the SOB wrote a negative review at Yelp.
