I have been renting a unit here for three months. I have found the staff here to be professional and gracious. I have observed that my lock is checked regularly and the lot is well secured (locked gate, video surveillance). I asked about increases after reading Rod L's review. So they raised my rent from $45 to $65 monthly, don't ever come here, they will change their rate at any time.
