We found out about a tasting event at the Bridal Expo in August. We went to the tasting held at the caterer's banquet hall a few weeks later. The food that they had at the tasting wasn't labeled so you didn't know what you were picking up at the buffet. They did have an open bar... Read More

We had peppercorn crusted beef brisket, chicken romano, green beans almondine, garlic-herb mashed potatoes, cheese tortellini with vegetables and everything was delicious! Our guests all commented about how good the food was (and how large of portions they were able to take!).
