SHAME ON YOU!!!! How can you give a dog away that's not yours to give! This rescue took my dog from someone that didn't own the dog that took her home from me and decided to sign the dog over without my written permission! They removed the "legal owners" microchip and replaced it with their own and gave the dog away without permission! If this is acceptable to do then why would you pay all of...
