I though Sear was supposed to be honest? – I was very unhappy with my experience at Sears. I have known the Sears name for years and years but I think they ind of soiled my image of them with my carpet experience. I had one of their reps out to my house in Sterling heights and they gave me a VERY HIGH PRICE of $4,500 just to do my family room and hallway with one of their mid-grade carpets.
