They're always helpful here at Sears Auto on Florin Road. Even if you have an appointment, it is busy and you will wait. The service provided is worth waiting for, I'm just saying bring a book....

Just wanted an oil change. Waited for 5 minutes for 1 of the 5 employees to even acknowledge me. I guess their paperwork was more important than gaining my business! I'm out!
