If possible find a different repair company. This shop does not follow through with appointments and you can only contact them through a call center which sends them a message. My tech did not show up at all. I had to reschedule. Total down time on Kenmore washer five weeks.They sure do not follow up with customer care.

800 numbers that put you on hold for twenty minutes and then try to sell you service when all you want is a stinking part is outrageously annoying and makes me never want to deal with Sears again. Have a nice day.
