Dropped by last week to get repair parts for a Whirlpool Ultimate Care II that wasn't draining properly. After describing the problem and giving my model #, they gave me a new pump and lid switch. As it turned out, *I* had the model # wrong, so the parts didn't fit. Came back, easy return, got the right part, went home and installed it and was back in business. Thanks for the help!
