More TV stations are needed in the TVs at Gold's gym in Rockville Town Center & on Randolph Road in Rockville. Also, individual TV screens on cardio machines are needed at Randolph Rd gym.
You can fix the majority of the first floor treadmills which have not operated properly for about one year. Also, you can stop “hiding” the only two rowing machines.
Re: Gold's Rockville Town Center: I love the fitness classes but 1. The sound system and microphone are constantly problematic. One or both often doesn't work. 2. There isn't enough variety in the classes. I would love to see more Body Attack/Body Combat and less Body Bump. 3. The childcare workers are not particularly warm and friendly. Classes start at 8:30 am on Saturdays, as does childcare....
I am from California and Gold’s Gym is a very well respected gym in that area, as are the trainers that work there. The Rockville Gold’s is not even close to what I expected - inexperienced trainers, who are also unresponsive and inconsistent.
