They made an appointment for 5PM and reminded me 1 time by phone and 2 times by e-mail of the appointment. I left work 1 hour early to be home on-time. 30 minutes past the appointment time I called Sears and was told we left a message on your machine an hour ago that the appointment was cancelled. So I lost 1 hour of leave they didn t show up and even before they go out of the gate I fired...

Heating system was only partially installed. Sears refused to honor the contract and complete the installation leaving me without heat in my house! Extremely poor customer service. Phone calls are not being returned. My only recourse is to resolve this through legal action. Buyer Beware!!
