Wow. We had a bid for new air conditioning from this outfit, and it felt like a combination of a used car salesman and a timeshare presentation. High pressure, rude when telling him we weren't going to sign without getting another bid or two, and just plain unprofessional. Our advice would be to stay far, far away. I would not hire them for anything, under any circumstance.

If I could give them no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company they are useless and unhelpful.

This was the 6th or 7th Sears service call in 2016 on my Kenmore Water Softener. My rating would be lower if zero or negative ratings were an option.
1. Aug 24, 2016 repair under Sears Protection Service coverage was said to be valued at $1,300. This is against retail cost of less than half that amount. (Sears "One Source" group used to bring some sanity into these "repair vs. replace"...
