Sorry can't speak for others experiences. I.E. Jaden's comments. But I found SEARS to be absolutely helpful. I've had Stanley Steamer and COIT come out to do my house before using these guys and they were extremely good. There two-step process really gets the job done and I recommend using them over and over. Their actually cheaper than the other carpet cleaners and do a thorough job.

I thought Sears was a good company, but this experience was the worst. First off, I live in an apartment building where my apartment is relatively far from the parking lot. I know that this kind of work is usually done from truck units, so I painstakingly explained to the service agent that cleaning my carpet would require them to bring a mobile unit. When the technicians showed up, they had no record of any of the specifications I had made. After 45 minutes, they managed to get the truck close enough and use an extension to clean my apartment.
