Sears at Summit Mall seems to have very little customers now-a days. We purchased a HDTV from them and got a great deal. They honored Internet comps, and added an additional percent off. The electronics sales manager was very friendly and informative. I was looking for a TV with a specific width. Do your research first and deal directly with the manager

Just routine maintenance, but the Sears techs were pleasant to work with and appeared to know their stuff. We did have a minor problem a couple of years ago, and they kept after it and fixed it. No charge for additional supplies.
