Sears is horrible do NOT purchase anything from Sears!!! This is the worst store I have ever had to deal with. I bought a washer & dryer and I have had nothing but problems with it every 3 months. You would think after replacing the heater coil six times they would replace it. Nope they sell junk appliances.

Buyer beware, do not use the auto center. They do not completely fix things the first time and you have to go back to have a completed. They double charged you in their warrantee means nothing. By the time I was done it cost me &1200.00 to have my brakes done. Will never go back for anything.

I decided to go over to the mall and do some shopping and I went into Sears and I couldn't belive the prices it was outrageous!!!!!!!! Plus I was looking for someone to help me and of course I couldn't find anyone. Then when I did they were all grouped together just talking and standing around! How unprofessionial. I will not shop there again.
