Horrible customer service! Do not use Sears! Call someone local. Their customer service center is in the Philippines and they are useless. The technicians are incompetent, rude and totally unaccountable. The 1st technician they sent out charged me $189 and misdiagnosed the problem. The second technician they sent out Carlos id #0712422 was extremely rude and unapologetic about the misdiagnosis....
