Have a service contract with my refrigerator, so far the have provided excellent service. Boris and Victor, the 2 that have come out to service my fridge are great!

I have heard terrible stories about Sears Repair Services and didn't want to believe it. My refrigerator started freezing over I was able to get someone to look at it quick and they had to order a part and return. All of that got done quickly. Shortly after my Refrigerator stopped cooling all together this time around they couldn't schedule someone to come out for 2 weeks!! My food all spoiled....

I have always loved Sears, their products and their service. I had one recent very bad experience and then a follow up of a great service., I was scheduled for an 8 - 12 service appointment a couple of weeks ago. At 11:30 am , I called. They found my appointment BUT it had been changed to ;5:00 to 8:00pm WITHOUT ANY CALL AT ALL.Now that was unacceptable and not typical of Sears.. It was...

Ultimately, the service was excellent and the treadmill is performing better and quieter than new. This is tempered a bit by a 2 week delay in ordering new parts and a one week delay when Sears cancelled the service call at the last minute. In spite of this, I am very satisfied with the service itself and less so with the way it was handled by Sears.

Could not have been more pleased. The service man was not only timely, but he took the time to show and demonstrate issues to us that should have been done at installation. such was very informative and went beyond expectations. Received a notification reminder call the day before service and when serviceman was on his way.
