I had been walking around for 3 weeks totally bummed out by last cut/color, but had resisted getting it redone elsewhere because I just haven't had the time/money. A meeting cancelled on me last minute and I was wandering around the West Village, saw Carly in the window and went in on a whim . . . the rest is history. Best highlights of my life.
