Michelle came into my home, pointing out every thing that needed to be cleaned and told me exactly what needed to be done and also pointed out that my windows need to be done as well. I hired her with the intention that my home would be cleaned exactly how she told me it would. I came home and there was dust exactly where she pointed it out, windows were streaked, and I was very unhappy!!! She came back the next day and fixed some things but other things remained the same. The bill that I paid was not worth the work that was performed. Next time I will do it myself. She sells herself...

I have had such great experiences with SDR. Since they have been in business the past nine years I have not been anywhere else. SDR has the best service with there services around, trust me I've done my research. The owner has a great personality and knows her business. I have to say I don't ever want them to change location because they are part of the family.

I don't know what the other reveiwer is talking about. Everyone, especially the owner has been nothing but professional, courteous and thorough. I've used thier competitors only to be disappointed time and time again.

SDR will be the only company I call when I need a great job done on time.

Pros

+ They go beyond the call of duty with a great attitude.

Cons

- I'm sure no business is perfect. I just havn't had a problem with them
