This store offers two different services. The customer can either go the self-serve route by bringing the dog and using the facility's semi-private wash tub with all the necessary supplies provided, or can make an appointment for a full-service bath by one the staffers. Whatever service is selected, Fido and his human can go home without the latter worrying about cleaning up afterward.
