I am a new tenant at Scottsmen Too. I entered into my current rental in December 2013 hoping for an improved environment compared to the past rentals I had. Before signing the lease, I questioned being downstairs by deliberately asking about noise from up above. I was told there had never been noise issues. So, I gladly moved in. However, I hear everything from up above. I informed management and wrote a very nice and polite letter to my neighbor, asking that he be mindful of what I was over hearing. Two phone calls later to my neighbor, begging he keep the noise down. Management would do NOTHING without proof. So, I invested in recorders and presented PROOF! Management claims recordings of loud noises were NOT proof! The neighbor continues to disrupt my space by stomping loud, having television too loud, and shouting and arguing from up above can be heard without effort --- not to mention the other loud and offensive/disturbing noises. Ear plugs, white noise machines and heavy sleep medications have not improved this on going scenario.

We lived in the scottsmen too apartments for 6 years! while we lived there, there was a leak in our ceiling and caused it to mold, we told the managers numerous times and they came looked at it and did NOTHING!
