Had to wait 2 hrs before getting in a room, and then when you tell them how redickless it is when you have an appointment and you have to wait two hours just to get some refills. The name is extremely misleading, there is nothing "Quick" about this office. Dr. Ismail is apparently one of those doctors that likes to stroll into the office whenever he feels like it, regardless of his patient's appointments.
