I was recommended this agency by my mortgage broker. We bought a house last month. I generally don't write reviews but Katie from this office is awesome. My closing was changed 3 times and she rolled with it perfectly. The price was competitive, but the service was more than I expected.

I sent my mother to get her renters insurance there since the ad said they spoke Spanish and I living in Macon couldn't be there to help. They were great and the spanish representative there Norma was so helpful. She called to let us know everything was taken care of and switched her auto too and was able to save her a ton on her car insurance as well. My mother was ecstatic that someone was...

home, renters, life, or car insurance. they have it all. they maybe a little pricier than other insurance companies, but the service you get from them is worth every dime.

I called Scott to buy an homeowners policy for a house I was closing on. Working with him was far and away the easiest part of closing plus I saved a bunch on my auto policy when I switched to him. Overall good experience.

Great Customer Service

I was recently in an accident, not of my fault. When you no longer have a car available right when you need it wih a small child can be inconvienent. Scott made sure before he left for the day to make sure that my rental car would not only be ready. He brought me to it. Customer Service like that is hard to find.
