Ms. Batya Schwartz Ehrens , founder of Schwartz Ehrens Immigration Law, is a licensed attorney practicing exclusively in the field of immigration law. She is recognized as a passionate advocate for immigrants, and is widely published and lectures on topics including: the DREAM Act; visa options for start-ups, techies and other entrepreneurs; issues affecting physicians; E-Verify; I-9 compliance; naturalization; and grassroots advocacy. She co-edited "The Immigration Compliance Book," a comprehensive reference book on worksite compliance and E-Verify. More recently, she co-edited "Forming and Operating an EB-5 Regional Center: A Guide for Developers and Business Innovators."
