Called Schuster after seeing they had an A+ BBB rating. I suppose if you don't show up for service calls or ever doing anything, not much to go to the BBB for. I initially called on Monday....

After calling several repair companies, this place had a medial charge to come out and look at my washer. They seemed friendly and professional over the phone so I scheduled an appointment with them.
