I wish I could organize a tentative boycott of this place. Not only is the food mediocre, their service sucks. I waited 30 minutes for a bagel, only to be told that they "lost my ticket". They finally handed me my order without apology. I had settled into my studying when I realized it was a completely wrong …

The location is ideal for a coffee shop! It's located on the first floor of the university library. But, their coffee and other drinks are nothing special. Nothing stands out. The staff is really slow, too.

This place seriously sucks. They are so unprofessional and disorganized they need new management or they should just shut down altogether. Slowest service ever. This coffee shop is not equipped for the high volume hours. It seems as though they have more people making sandwiches than making coffee.The coffee is good, but for the amount of time you have to wait... its not worth it.
