Checked in and was given room key to a room that was alread ocuppied with someone all ready in the room. The clerk did provide me with another room, but would not recommend staying at this hotel, dis-organized

I did not find the front desk to be overly friendly - told me very little about what the hotel has to offer (she seemed more interested in getting the money from me and going back to her personal conversation). I wasn't even told how to connect to the free wi-fi.

I was told that there would be room service everyday. That did not happen. I ran out of coffee on the first day and housekeeping did...
