Sasha Best Braids is the best professional hair saloon I have ever known,best customers services ever!!! I have been there four times since I moved to Decatur, the ladies are amazing with warming welcome hearts...I'll recommend friends to them...any type of braids and no matter how short your hair is they get you covered!

Your REAL issue is this.......... I had to take my braids out in less than 7 days of getting it done.......YOU took the situation into your own hands instead of bringing the problem to them. At THAT point THEY think YOU are a scammer. Since there is NO PROOF other then YOUR WORD. Im sorry to say this but a customers word is about as reliable as a glass with holes in it. The young lady must have been completely inexperienced as she braided my hair SO tight I had to take my braids out in less than 7 days of getting it done while on my family vacation!
