We were on our way to the desert for New Years weekend when we heard a pop... Lost all power to the truck and black smoke was pouring out of the exhaust. brought my car into there shop for running bad, was told they need to do additional testing for 400 dollars, i said no, took it to another shop, within 2 hours they called and said car is fixed and ready to go, bad speedometer cable. the dyno shop said something internal in engine possible head gasket leak, other shop said if they would have looked underneath they would have seen the obvious...
