Sansone has the best techs and are authorized to work on Trane A/C equipment not like a prior home warranty company we had. Found out by calling Trane warranty service. Professional techs with the right equipment and knowledge to quickly determine an issue and then repair it. Very satisfied.

Sansone cheated me out of one of my services, sent me a contract to make up for it, would not honor the contract! Also, does not know how to install a delay timer! After dealing with them for 8 years, I am going to another Company! They do not know what good Customer Service is! BYE!

Friday we were scheduled for our regular air conditioning maintenance. Sansone sent over a tech named Cerene who is a very nice lady. Unfortunately, she was incapable of doing her job. As soon as she left, we had no air conditioning. She broke our air conditioning unit.
By 8:00 last night it was 86 degrees in my house. My husband called Sansone and was told that a tech would be here Saturday...

Sansone just sold me a brand new carrier Gree-P-Tac unit for my home office. The first unit was defective and I had to threaten a law suit in order to get a new one installed. Not of the techs...
