Certified pre-owned just means they can sell you a car with all kinds of issues and even if you buy the extended maintenance plan, they won't fix it. This is the worst car I've ever purchased and I will be letting everyone I know about the experience and discourage them from buying here.

Just bought a 2015 5 Series and Wendy our sales rep was fantastic. The car on day of pickup was detailed in the showroom to pick up. Neil in financing was organized and the whole process was easy with a touch screen on his desk and stylus there was no ackward fumbling or shuffling of papers. We are buying an X5 in 3 months from you. There's nowhere else we'd go.
