Targets on the indoor range are on electric carriers, so no cease fires are needed. Distance is 16.5yards ,or 50 feet. The indoor range may be reserved both morning and evenings for law enforcement practice on some days so call to see if the range is available. Law enforcement does not normally use the range between noon and 7:00 PM on weekdays. Outdoor pistol range 12,25,50,yrds only, with 15...

The range is owned and operated by the Optimist Club of San Leandro. We are a not for profit organization with all of our proceeds donated to support various youth activities in the surrounding communities.

A very well run range with the RSOs being good people. Very safe range with a multitude of activities. Plenty of things to do at this range all day!!!! Want to shoot better ask, no egos here...

Range masters who are vigilant and safety obsessed first, and friendly a close second. Priorities as they should be. Indoor and outdoor ranges clean and orderly.

The strangers using firearms nearby may or may not be safe. The range masters here are on their safety game. Their alertness and clear commands are worth much more to me than whether or not they hand out lollipops.
