Called him on a Monday, and set an appointment for that same Wednesday.He showed up on time, and charged $180 for the 1,000 sq ft, 2 bedroom condo I have. That price was about $30-$150 cheaper than other quotes I received. The job only took him about 2 hours. He did a good job, I would recommend to future customers. I will certainly use him again when I need the service.
