Disappointing to say the least. I've used a bunch of the airport parking locations around town, but I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes both at the lot and at the airport when I return....

I honestly don't understand these negative reviews. This is a shuttle service, not your own personal limo service. Giving negative reviews for a 25 minutes wait is crazy. ...IT IS AN AIRPORT...
