I will not return to this place. Poor customer service. Not helpful, rude and not very knowledgeable. I went into this store thinking they were John's Luggage and when I inquired they tried to pass off that John's Fifth Avenue Luggage had closed and they took their place. Then to top it off, I bought an item for a trip that was defective and when I returned from my trip, they would not give me a refund because I was two days past the 14 day return policy. I said "I just returned from a trip, I think there should be a concession for 2 days." Manager's response: "I don't care if it was one day."
