As a real estate professio al for over 27 years and a member of multiple associations, I've found SDAR to be quite lackluster at best.

SDAR overcharged me, and it has taken months, and months for them to respond to my and my broker's emails. Good luck ever getting a refund from these people. Terrible customer service.
