They called before their estimated arrival time to let me know that they were running a little behind, but still within the time frame that was promised the previous evening. They arrived, quickly gave an estimate and showed the pieces that needed to be repaired. Timely and professional.
I called San Diego Appliance when another company directed me to a different appliance repair company for my Sub Zero refrigerator repair service. San Diego Appliance technicians were great! The person who answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for refrigerator repair service was clear and polite. The technician who came to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator was professional, nice and very competent. He was honest and gave me several tips how to pretend refrigerator repair. Great company! Highly recommend.

Just another unreliable repair service. The 2 hour timeframe came and went...no phone call, let alone repairman. Don't waste your time!! Literally!!Only gets one star because it won't post otherwise...NO stars from me!
