employees have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful to me. i have seen them be courteous to extremely rude customers!
I have to agree with ray ,,,not customer friendly.
Employees not helpful at all. If you ask for help, they act as if you have infringed on their privacy. If they do actually help you, it's with a finger point and reply of I think it's over their.
With two growing boys, we shop at Sam's Club at least once a month. The prices are very good, and the selection is better every year. The inside of the store has been re-arranged a couple of times in the past year, which makes finding things a little difficult. The employees are always helpful with locating those "hidden" items!
I have found on numerous occations the employees are rude and very unhelpful. One even took a shopping basket from me and told me she needed it I could go get another one.
