Worlds worst return department second only to Walmart. Staff have no clue and ignore lines, chat and work like snails.

Horrible customer service waited 1hour for them to find an electronic item. Then to tell us they don't have it. Seriously better get it together. Their prices might be less than Costco but Costco has excellent customer service. Will not be returning as a customer!

Comparable to Costco in most things. They tipped the scale in their own favor with Scan And Go. I was able to scan, laugh at the lines and head for the exit with my purchases and my phone. I'LL BE BACK!

Their service sucks at the auto center! They will promise you 2 hrs of waiting but when i checked, they haven't started my car, i only need tire rotation and balance. So i have to wait another hour.
