Skip it! Well...unless you have a groupon/living social voucher. In that case, you kind of "have to go," but it's sure to be a waste of your time. Get ready to be treated like you're "the lowest paying customer." Your service (which consists of several services) will be complete in less than 30 minutes. …

Horrible Customer Service experience

Worst customer experience ever. I have been to at least 10-12 different spas in my lifetime, and Samaeo is the only one that does not have the decency to answer their phone. Secondly, I had to email to make an appointment and it took them forever and a day to respond. When I FINALLY got an appointment (I had a groupon and so of course I wasn't going to throw it away and waste my money) it was 2 months out because apparently only the last date of 30 or so dates of availability I gave them was available (I looked and there were not that many groupons sold).
