Office is meticulously clean. Administrative staff weren't aware that my new patient info was done using ZocDoc, this added some time at the beginning. X-rays were fast. For my procedure, the doctor decided that two molars needed to be extracted, as opposed to just the wisdom tooth which I came in to have removed. The doctor is great, I would highly recommend him. He's patient and informative and tells you exactly what will happen. His staff, however, leaves much do be desired. I did not feel as if I was told proper aftercare and they called me 8 months later to tell me they were processing my extraction with insurance...Kind of a mess for such a great doctor to deal with.
